Congratulations to all our PNS Champs swimmers!  There was fast swimming and best times all around for our swimmers.  Participants included Annabelle Kays, Pia Salgado, Kaley Sten, Adrienne Wang, Kellie Marie Langan, Jacqueline Ma, Monique Saysana, Rachel Schneider, Caitlin Aylward, Ashley Anderson, Jordan Barclay, Hannah Bliss, Melissa Chandless, Mallary Flatley, Alyssa Hatsukami, Christine Horman, Kari Keller, Megan Oesting, Hillary Preston, Megan Sandall, Willie Dittig, Jared Graham, Andrew Lee, Albert Furlong, Jordan Graham, Brian Lee, Dennis Liu, Yutaka Miyake, Chase Bublitz, Gabe Tse, Greg Hulse, Connor Paulich, Alex Tao, and Misha Terentjev.  Way to go!

Congrats to Jared Graham for making the Western Zones Championships team!  Western Zones will be in Gresham, Oregon the week of August 4.  Jared joins 77 other athletes from Pacific Northwest Swimming on the PNS Zones team to compete against the 16 other LSCs of the Western Zone.  Good luck! 

The 2008-2009 Chinook season begins in September.  The Senior and High School groups will begin practice on Monday, September 15.  The Age Groups will start the week of September 22.  Registration packets for next season will be on the way to an inbox and mailbox near you soon....  Enjoy your break!!

Tryouts for next season are on the following dates at 6 pm at all locations:
Wednesday, September 17 @ Renton (Lindbergh Pool )
Thursday, September 18 @ Mercer Island (Mary Wayte Pool)
Friday, September 19 @ Bellevue (Bellevue Aquatic Center)
 

Congratulations Chinook for awesome work with the Swim-A-Thon!!!  Our total fundraised total was $28,076, and puts us in the Top 20 teams nationwide at 17th place for the 2007-2008 year!  Thank you to all participants for your tremendous work and efforts!!
